The Robert Burns Classic
The 2013 Robert Burns Classic, the 15th annual golf tournament benefiting the Texas Newspaper Foundation, will be held June 20, 2013, at Tour 18 Houston.
The first tee time is 8:30 a.m. The course is just a short 30-minute ride from the hotel.
The cost is $100/person.
Cash prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place golfers using the Calloway Scoring System and to the 1st place over-all golfer in medal play or "stroke play."
Proceeds from the event support the Texas Newspaper Foundation, which provides training opportunities for Texas journalists.
